We can only efficiently reunite you with your pet if ever lost, if your contact details are accurate and up to date. Please take the time to ensure your details are updated whenever there has been a change to a phone number, address or alternate contact person. If unsure whether your pet is listed with Central Animal Records, you can check by typing in your pet’s microchip number in the Search area to the right of this page, and if listed, lodge updated details by clicking on the "updating records" link at the top of the page.

If your pet’s microchip is not listed with us, you can find out which Registry does have it listed, by typing in the chip number at which is an independent site linked to the 5 National microchip databases, and will let you know who to contact.
