Due to increasing and substantial administrative processing requirements and costs, which we can no longer absorb, we advise that we have reluctantly needed to increase our “Change of Ownership” fee for pets listed on the Central Animal Records database.
The new pricing will appear on documentation accessed on & after January 1, 2012, so please ensure that you therefore discard any old forms you may have on hand which reflect the old price, and begin to use either the replacement on-line form, or contact CAR direct to have the appropriate document forwarded to you.
Lodgement of forms reflecting the old price may result in a delay in processing any ownership transfers if the correct payment is not received after that time.
