You are required to apply for access & must have a “Certificate of Identification” as part of this process. Applications must be only in the name of the listed person on our Register, otherwise your application will not be authorised.

The first step is to click on the “create an account” link via the Home Page. This appears just under the LOG IN button. Once you have completed the first step, you are then required to complete your application form. This appears via a link emailed to you after you complete the first step. Once completed, your application will be validated against the database & authorised accordingly, with an automated confirmation email sent to you once authorised.

At this time, you are then able to log-in at any time you want, & can view &/or update your pets record!
